ABOUT CLEVELAND HIGH SCHOOL
Mrs. O'Bryan's welcome,
It¹s a great day to be a raider!
In the late 1950¹s, a group of Cleveland citizens began working for a city high school. In the fall of 1966, that dream became a reality. Academic excellence and a sense of community have always been a vital part of Cleveland High School. My favorite moment as the principal is to hear our student body sing the alma mater after the 3rd quarter in a football game or at our graduation ceremony. I can assure you that tradition is celebrated everyday in the hallways of this great institution. We are proud to be a community school. Our partnerships with students, parents, teachers, alumni and community members are critical to our success.
We think Cleveland High School is a pretty great place to be. We¹re confident you will too!

Our Philosophy
Cleveland High School is the sole high school in the Cleveland City School District and is located in the Tennessee Valley. It is the shared vision of Cleveland High School to provide a learning environment in which the school, families, and community members cooperate to develop and inspire productive citizens who will affect the community and its institutions in positive and creative ways.
Our Goals
We will accomplish our goals by hiring and retaining highly qualified teachers who value diverse student learners and who provide challenging, relevant, data-driven instruction. We will enlist community support and collaborative decision-making processes in our efforts to maintain and exceed Cleveland High School's reputation for academic excellence.
Our Vision
