Open House and Grade Level Info!

The Ins... The Outs... of OPEN House!

On Monday, August 18th Cleveland HIgh School hosted an Open House for parents to

come and get aquainted with their students teachers, and schedules. Doors were open from 5:00pm - 8:00pm. During that time our Counseling Department held grade level meetings at various times, and parents were given time frames along with their studnets schedules to avoid traffic jams, and to ensure that each parent got ample time with their students teachers.

One unique aspect of the way our Open House is stuctured at Cleveland HIgh School would have to be the way we allow the parents to follow their studnets' schedules. This enables the parents to get a feel for what their studnets are doing every day. For example, how far or close one class may be to another. More importantly though it allows them a taste of the culture that thier studnets are submerged in on a daily basis as studnets at Cleveland High School. We truly wish for our Open House to be OPEN! We want every participate to walk away with a sense of Raider Pride!!

If you were unable to attend the Open House, we will provide the information presented at the grade level meetings on our Grade Level Information page. Also, for any who were unable to attend, you may have missed out on an opportunity to schedule a Parent/Teacher Conference with any of your student's teachers. Please be sure to contact the teacher you would like to schedule a conference with so that you don't miss out on the opportunity! Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on September 18th.

Overall, parents, students, and teachers all had a great night of getting to know each other. The Raider family's first gathering was a sucess!
