Tickets may be purchased in the cafeteria on stage starting Friday 9/19/14

Tickets are $10

Behavior contract must be signed in order to purchase ticket. Id required to purchase tickets.

Guest from other schools must fill out a form that will need to be returned to CHS before the purchase of the tickets.

ID is required for entry to the dance

Dress is semi-formal (no jeans)
