The Cleveland High School Thespian Troupe 505 recently traveled to MTSU for the state thespian conference called THESCON. Students had a chance to attend several workshops including dance, stage combat, acting styles, improv, technical theater and vocalization. The delegates saw two main stage shows by other high schools in Tennessee. CHS also competed for a chance to preform on the main stage by doing a scene selection from Arsenic and Old Lace and one member performed a monologue. The Thespians are planning on taking a one-act play to the state festival next year.
