Brayan Ramirez

ATTENTION Raiders!! We would like to announce that our very own Brayan Ramirez has been accepted into the Culinary Arts Institute of America in New York!

Brayan Ramirez has been a studnet in the Culinary Arts program here at CHS since his 10th grade year under the culinary expertise of Chef Ru

sh. Chef has invested in his studnets with a committment that is obvious in the work they produce. From board meetings to Prom, their CHS Culinary program's reputation precedes them.

Brayan has been a shining star throughout his tenure in the program, winning Skills USA Scholarships, Prostart's Outstanding Chef's award out of all schools in the State of Tennessee. Brayan has also recieved an Alumni Scholarship from the Culinary Institute due to a reccomendation wriiten by Chef Rush.

Brayan has a number of events under his belts, he has catered weddings, banquest, and has worked for Black Tie Affair Catering and Aubry's.

Brayan feels prepared for the academic rigor he will encounter at the Culinary Arts Institute. He feels the hands on experience he has recieved at Cleveland High School has prepared him for his future experiences. Speaking of the future, Brayan would like to open his own upsclale bistro.
